How it works (our 3 step model):
1. Secure Your Order (By the 1st of the Month)
The intake lane is open rolling on a month-ahead basis. Submit your order by the 1st day of the production month to lock your project into our monthly production window.
Example: To get a portrait delivered in early June, your order must be secured by May 1st.
2. Studio Production (Weeks 2–4 of the Month)
Once the production cycle begins, the remainder of the month is dedicated exclusively to studio execution—rendering the architectural pencil layouts, watercolor layering, and intricate ink detailing for the current batch. This structured approach ensures a stable working routine for the studio, and a predictable timeline for real estate agents to plan around.
3. Delivery (First Week of the Following Month)
During the final days of the production month, every piece in the batch is framed, carefully packaged, and shipped out simultaneously. Your artwork arrives at your agency or client's doorstep during the first week of the following month (e.g., the first week of June).
